A deposit of 50% is required 1 week prior to pick up/delivery date for orders over $100, with the remaining due at pick up or drop off. If the deposit is not received by the due date, your order will be cancelled.
At this time, we do not provide tiered cakes, but can provide any of your other dessert needs.
Yes! We deliver within 15 miles of Elgin, IL for an additional fee depending on distance. All deliveries must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide a 30 minute window for your pick up day. If there are any requests for this window, please specify in your order.
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 1 week prior to your pick up date. If given proper notice, your deposit will be refunded (if applicable). If notification to cancel is provided less than a week prior to your order, a refund for your deposit will not be provided as supplies and materials have already been ordered.
We are a home based business located in Elgin, IL. Once your order is confirmed, an address will be provided for pick up.
